Free 5G Wireless LLC is a nationwide wireless service provider and Lifeline partner on a mission to close the digital divide. We help eligible Americans access free government phones, tablets, and affordable wireless plans through the federal Lifeline program. Departments We Hire For
We regularly hire across the following areas:
- Customer Support: Help applicants navigate the Lifeline enrollment process, answer questions, and resolve issues by phone, email, and chat.
- Sales & Outreach: Connect with communities and organizations to spread awareness about Lifeline eligibility and Free 5G Wireless services.
- Marketing & Content: Create guides, articles, and campaigns that help people understand their eligibility and access government assistance programs.
- Operations & Logistics: Manage device inventory, shipping, SIM activations, and carrier coordination across all 50 states.
- Technology & Engineering: Build and maintain the systems that power our application process, website, and internal tools.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure we meet all FCC, USAC, and state-level regulatory requirements for Lifeline service providers.
