Free 5G Wireless is an informational portal and enrollment partner for federal government assistance programs, specifically the Lifeline program. We provide information, guides, and an application platform that securely transmits user data to participating telecommunications carriers and the National Verifier to determine eligibility for free or discounted wireless service and devices.
We are not a government agency. We are a private company acting as an authorized partner for participating wireless carriers.

By submitting an application through our Website, you certify under penalty of perjury that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Lifeline is a federal benefit, and willfully making false statements to obtain the benefit can result in fines, imprisonment, and permanent disbarment from the program.
Eligibility is determined solely by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) via the National Verifier. We do not guarantee approval. Lifeline is limited to one benefit per household.
