What we collect
When you use our eligibility checker or apply for service, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, ZIP code, and the basis on which you believe you qualify for Lifeline. Our online application does not collect government ID numbers or uploaded documents; any additional verification is handled by phone or through the official National Verifier process.
How we use it
We use your information to process your Lifeline application, contact you about its status, and, where applicable, connect you with a participating provider. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing unrelated to Lifeline enrollment.
Who we share it with
We may share application details with the provider you're enrolling with and with USAC/the National Verifier as required to confirm eligibility.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting privacy@free5gwireless.com.
