ACCESS Florida is the system managed by the Department of Children and Families. If you are approved for Food Assistance (SNAP) or Medicaid through ACCESS Florida, you meet all the requirements for the federal Lifeline program.
When applying for your free phone, our platform will ask for proof of eligibility. You can simply take a screenshot of your approved benefits page inside your ACCESS Florida account. Ensure the screenshot captures your full name, the state logo, and a recent date.
