Historically, C4Yourself was the online application system for residents in dozens of California counties to manage CalFresh and Medi-Cal. Please Note: The C4Yourself system has officially transitioned to the new statewide BenefitsCal system.
To prove your eligibility for a free phone today, you must log in to the new BenefitsCal portal (your old C4Yourself login should have migrated). Download your current "Notice of Action" or benefit summary and upload it to the California LifeLine administrator to receive your free smartphone and unlimited data plan.
