COMPASS is the online tool for Pennsylvanians to apply for many health and human service programs. If you use COMPASS to manage your Medicaid (Medical Assistance) or SNAP benefits, you are automatically eligible for a free Lifeline smartphone.
Log in to your COMPASS account and navigate to "My Benefits." Generate a benefit summary page that clearly states your name and shows your SNAP or Medicaid status as "Active." Upload this summary to the National Verifier to get your phone shipped fast.
