ConnectEBT is a mobile app and web portal used by several state governments to distribute SNAP benefits. If you are a registered user receiving monthly food assistance, you meet the primary qualification for the Lifeline program.
During your phone application, you will be asked to prove your SNAP participation. The easiest way is to take a screenshot of your "Account Details" page inside the ConnectEBT app. Make sure the screenshot includes your name and a recent date (within the last 30 days) to prevent the National Verifier from rejecting the document as expired.
