If your phone goes missing, time is of the essence. You must contact your carrier immediately to suspend your line. This prevents someone else from using your allotted data or making unauthorized calls.
Because the government only subsidizes one free phone, you will likely need to pay a replacement fee (around ) to your carrier for a new device. Alternatively, you can buy an unlocked budget phone from our Store and simply ask your carrier to mail you a free replacement SIM card.
