Through this portal, Floridians manage their SNAP (food assistance), TANF (cash assistance), and Medicaid benefits. Active participation in any of these programs guarantees your eligibility for a free government smartphone.
Log in to your MyFLFamilies ACCESS account. Go to the "Benefit Summary" page. Take a screenshot or print this page. The document must clearly show your full name, the state of Florida logo or DCF header, and an active benefit status for the current year. Upload this during your Lifeline application.
